Tina has a
master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management
from the University of Sheffield and is a graduate of
National College of Ireland.
Tina feels that it is key for the H.R.
function to have a complete understanding of business
and to ensure human resource policy and procedure determines,
drives, compliments and supports overall corporate
strategy. It is also essential for companies
regardless of their size to allocate time to ensuring that
human resource documentation such as staff handbooks,
contracts of employment, letters of offers and any
documentation recording employment history be comprehensive,
accurate and up to date.
Tina is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is committed to personal development. She is currently President of Clonmel Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of Southern Tipperary Skillnet.
